I had only one class today at uni, and so boredom and a bit of spare cash led to this… A little beauty haul! First of all, I went into Space NK (ohhh I love this place, I could spend a fortune in there!) and I bought the Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder in Translucent. My skin goes really oily when it starts to get colder (weird I know, it gets dry in the summer) so I felt like I needed something to set my foundation with and stop the reflective face that I seem to be getting these days! It cost £29.50 (ouch) but it feels gorgeous.
Now, Boots. They have that pesky little 3 for 2 deal on at the moment, which is just such an enabler! I went in looking for one eyeliner, and came out with 2 and 3 nail polishes!! I also got a Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Lip Balm in Honey, but forgot to include it in this photo. I may do a review of that separately.. But for now I bought 2 of the new Rimmel Scandaleyes Kohl Pencils in Nude and Bronze. THESE ARE AMAZING. And yes, that did need capital letters. First of all, a nude eyeliner on the highstreet?! That is just unbelievable! And one that is pigmented, waterproof and creamy? AND only £3.99? Girls, go out and grab this now, because I don’t think they’ll be hanging around for too long!
Then the Essies. I have a bit of a Essie nail polish addiction, I bought my first one about 2 months ago and I have now somehow acquired 7… Today’s purchases were (L-R) Ballet Slippers, Watermelon and Chinchilly. I think all 3 of these will be perfect for autumn, and don’t they just look so damn pretty?
That’s all for this little haul and I will most definitely be trying to save some of my pennies for a while at least!
