It’s been a while since I talked about beauty here on my blog, which feels a bit strange really! When I started blogging I basically talked exclusively about beauty products, but now I feel like my content has shifted towards more fashion and lifestyle content. However, I’d like to still talk about beauty every now and then! Therefore today I thought I’d share my current makeup favourites…

Tarte Tartelette In Bloom Palette

This has been a long-standing favourite of mine since I bought it last year. I absolutely love the consistency of these eyeshadows – they aren’t too pigmented and are very easy to blend. I also love the colour selection and I use all of the shades quite regularly. My favourites have to be rocker, flower child and sweetheart!

Maybelline Fit Me Concealer

Ok guys, you need this concealer. Like you need it. This is my holy grail, all time favourite concealer. That is a bold statement! But seriously, this is so creamy and easy to blend while also providing the perfect level of coverage. It isn’t dry or cakey, but it will cover blemishes and redness like a dream. I often don’t wear foundation and just use this on problem areas and I personally think you can’t even tell!

Charlotte Tilbury Film Star Bronze & Glow

This is my go-to everyday for bronzing and subtle highlighting. For nights out and special occasions I’ll use something a bit more full on to contour and highlight, but this is perfect for everyday. I am definitely a natural make-up kind of gal, so this palette allows me to chisel away my double chin without looking too over the top!

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation

This is a very Charlotte-Tilbury heavy makeup favourites, but I just love her products so much! This is the foundation I reach for on the daily and I absolutely love it. I wear the shade 3.5 I believe and it’s a perfect match for my skin. The coverage is light/medium but buildable and leaves a little bit of glow on the skin without getting oily over the day.

Anastasia Liquid Lipstick in Soft Lilac

I have to say that I am not a huge liquid lipstick fan *the blogging community gasps*. I find them SO drying and quite honestly I’m not a huge fan of the overly matte look on the lips. Having said that, the one formula I’ve tried that I do love is the Anastasia ones and this shade Soft Lilac is dreamy. It’s a purple/pink shade that is really different to anything else in my collection and also the formula is creamy enough that it doesn’t make my lips feel like they’re dying.

Spectrum Collections Brushes

So these brush collections from Spectrum are a seriously hyped up product in the blogging community and I personally think they 100% deserve that hype. The brushes are beautifully soft and of course they look fabulous as well. However the best part is the price – I paid around £60 for the full set of white Marbleous brushes, which is amazing. Remember the days you had to pay like £30 for 1 MAC brush?! No need for that anymore!

Charlotte Tilbury Nude Lipsticks

I got these little lipstick charms for Christmas last year and I absolutely fell in love with the colours Bitch Perfect and Penelope Pink. I actually have Bitch Perfect in a full size, but I really like the minis because they are great just for popping in your handbag. I am a big nude lipstick lover and these two are possibly my all time favourites (maybe apart from Maybelline’s Notting Hill Nude!).

So those are all my current makeup favourites! I think I might just do a post like this every now and then update what I’m loving etc. Let me know what makeup you are loving at the moment and if you’ve tried any of the products I’ve mentioned!
